Returns and Exchange Policy
1. Purpose
This policy outlines the conditions under which items purchased from Hannah’s Uniform Shop may be returned and refunded.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Items may be returned in-store for a refund within six (6) months from the date of purchase, provided that:
- The item is still stocked by the Uniform Shop
- Proof of purchase is available
3. Condition of Goods
To be eligible for a return, all items must:
- Be unworn and unwashed
- Be in original condition
- Have all original tags attached
Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted for return.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
- Approved returns will be processed as a refund in-store
- The preferred item may then be re-purchased or ordered at the time of return
5. Exclusions
- Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return
- Items no longer stocked by the Uniform Shop may not be accepted
6. Policy Review
This policy is reviewed periodically and may be updated at the discretion of the school.
